How winners win

I just wanted to share with you some of my thoughts on how you can become a better leader, 
We're all trying to do it, myself included. Listen everyone knows Tony Robbins, right?
He's probably one of the greatest motivational speakers of all time.
You got guys like Michael Bernoff, Joe Polish, Grant Cardone, people that are helping entrepreneurs be better versions of themselves.

You've go social media influencers and hustlers and grinders like Gary Vaynerchuk,
or Logan and Jake Paul, and if you don't know who they are you should look them up.  Because if you have kids, I guarantee you, your kids know who they are.

In the Martial Arts industry we got a bunch of influencers who are just killing it, crushing it, by helping school owners get better and smarter at their business. Guys like Nick Dougherty, Ed Turney, Mike Ferreira, Adam Kifer and Mario Cesario that are
 helping to influence another generation of  martial arts school owners.

So where do you fit into that?

How do you become a better leader?

Well I would start by researching, following or listening to all the people that I mentioned.
They have books, podcasts, blogs, Fb groups... just find a way to learn more, right?
That's how we expand our knowledge.

And I'm even doing it myself. Learning, listening, attending events......
And I know you can look and go, "Oh well look you've done it all, you played Batman in Batman and Robin, you were Scorpion in Mortal Kombat."
And yeah,  I was and I did..., but what you don't know is how hard I worked to make those things happen.
Same thing with our Martial Arts schools, Red Dragon Karate, we've got 12 schools and over 3,00 active members. It didn't happen overnight. We've been doing this for over 50 years.
All these things take time and you've gotta have patience, but most of all you gotta put in the WORK!

So really my question is: How are you gonna be a better leader this year?

What I want you to do is put your thoughts in the comments below. What are you gonna do to make this year better than last year? What are you gonna do to make yourself better than you were before?

And that's one of the reasons why we keep striving for perfection, right?
You're not gonna get all the way to perfect... but you gotta work towards it.
AND

You gotta have goals and dreams. And ultimately that's what I want you to do, in the comments below tell me what you're gonna do to make yourself better this year, or even in the next month.
