I just wanted to share with you some of my thoughts on how you can become a better leader, 
We're all trying to do it, myself included. Listen everyone knows Tony Robbins, right?
He's probably one of the greatest motivational speakers of all time.
You got guys like Michael Bernoff, Joe Polish, Grant Cardone, people that are helping entrepreneurs be better versions of themselves.

You've go social media influencers and hustlers and grinders like Gary Vaynerchuk,
or Logan and Jake Paul, and if you don't know who they are you should look them up.  Because if you have kids, I guarantee you, your kids know who they are.

In the Martial Arts industry we got a bunch of influencers who are just killing it, crushing it, by helping school owners get better and smarter at their business. Guys like Nick Dougherty, Ed Turney, Mike Ferreira, Adam Kifer and Mario Cesario that are
 helping to influence another generation of  martial arts school owners.
